Return Policy

We hope you love your order from HOUSE NO.35

If however, you order has not reached you in perfect condition or you have any reason to want to return, we ask you to please contact us by email or by telephone as soon as possible after receipt of your order, and no later than 14 days after goods received. Please do not return any item to us without prior approval.

Please note: We do NOT offer free postage on Returns. Customers must cover the cost of returning goods via post themselves.

Any items approved for return are subject to inspection on receipt by us. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products unless they are misdescribed or faulty:

• Cosmetics/body care / skincare / fragrance products

• Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery

• Personalised or special orders.
